maple.bar was born from a dream to create a cute, retro coffee shop that would feel fun, welcoming, nostalgic and colorful, (basically the opposite of most coffee shops in the PNW), to all who entered.
Since the launch in the fall of 2022, we have had abnormal success for a one-off coffee shop. The craft coffee, delicious donuts, welcoming staff and unique branding really resonates with the local community, and it grew an immediate following on Instagram. Even from people outside the area, everyone is enamored with the look and feel and messaging we share.
